Headteacher's Message

Al-Bayan Weekend Tutorial School was founded in 1994 with the support of the Local Community. The school provides comprehensive Islamic Education and Arabic, using modern teaching methods and experienced teachers. The school was founded to provide quality Islamic and Arabic Education for our children to ultimately be rewarded the Arabic GCSE certificate. Al-Bayan or Al-fasaha in Arabic means eloquent in English.

Aims and Objectives

  • To provide Arabic and Islamic teaching to Muslim children in the Surrey and Berkshire area. 

  • To provide children and families with an opportunity to strengthen community ties. 

  • We aim to foster the development of good character, Makaram Al-Akhlaq, and to provide a strong Islamic foundation for our students. 

  • We focus on the improvement of moral behaviour, conduct and discipline to encourage and instil good citizenship and sense of belonging in the local and wider community. 

  • Al-Bayan school establishes activities that encourage girls and boys in the community to pursue post 16 years education. 

  • Establishing activities and events for the youth to encourage them to pursue higher educational achievements which in turn improve their leadership and career prospects. 

  • To make children aware of Islamic values and their future productive role in British society. 

  • With the support of the Parents, we can achieve our Vision Effectively. 

  • Our Vision is to know and Recognise Allah The Creator of All  and his Names Before his worship 

  • Please note : For the safety of our children .Parents that wish to drive into the College must arrive no later than 8.50am to drop off their child and must be prepared to stay until 9.10am to exit the school. This rule is set to avoid accidents and injury to any children on the site. 

  • If you cannot wait until 9:10 am at the car park before leaving the school , please park your car on the High Street. Free parking is available for 30 minutes and walk your children into school. Please be aware that the entrance to Strode’s College is not wide enough to accommodate two way traffic. This rule shall not be disregarded by parents.
