Surah Al-Ghashiyah
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

And rich carpets (all) spread out (16) Do they not look at the camels, how they are created? (17) And at the heaven, how it is raised? (18) And at the mountains, how they are rooted (and fixed firm)? (19) And at the earth, how it is outspread? (20)

Rules of Noon Sakinah

1- Idhaar Halqi  
• Idhaar means “clear”
• Idhaar Letters: the throat letters ء ، هـ ، ع ، ح ، غ ، خ
  
• The way of pronunciation :-
If a Noon Saakin or a Tanween is followed by any of the six throat letters, The Noon Saakin or the Tanween is pronounced clearly from its respective origination without Ghunnah.

2-  Iqlaab 
• Iqlaab means: – “to turn over” or changing Noon to Meem.
• Iqlaab letters:- “ب”
• The way of pronunciation:-
If a Noon Saakin or Tanween is followed by “ ب”, it is converted into a hidden Meen with separating between lips. And the reader should make Ghunnah for 2 beats.
