1- Memorise Surat Al Qiyamah ayah  1 to 16:

سُوۡرَةُ المُزمّل
بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلۡمُزَّمِّلُ (١) قُمِ ٱلَّيۡلَ إِلَّا قَلِيلاً۬ (٢) نِّصۡفَهُ ۥۤ أَوِ ٱنقُصۡ مِنۡهُ قَلِيلاً (٣) أَوۡ زِدۡ عَلَيۡهِ وَرَتِّلِ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ تَرۡتِيلاً (٤) إِنَّا سَنُلۡقِى عَلَيۡكَ قَوۡلاً۬ ثَقِيلاً (٥) إِنَّ نَاشِئَةَ ٱلَّيۡلِ هِىَ أَشَدُّ وَطۡـًٔ۬ا وَأَقۡوَمُ قِيلاً (٦) إِنَّ لَكَ فِى ٱلنَّہَارِ سَبۡحً۬ا طَوِيلاً۬ (٧) وَٱذۡكُرِ ٱسۡمَ رَبِّكَ وَتَبَتَّلۡ إِلَيۡهِ تَبۡتِيلاً۬ (٨) رَّبُّ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَٱتَّخِذۡهُ وَكِيلاً۬ (٩) وَٱصۡبِرۡ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَٱهۡجُرۡهُمۡ هَجۡرً۬ا جَمِيلاً۬ (١٠) وَذَرۡنِى وَٱلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ أُوْلِى ٱلنَّعۡمَةِ وَمَهِّلۡهُمۡ قَلِيلاً (١١) إِنَّ لَدَيۡنَآ أَنكَالاً۬ وَجَحِيمً۬ا (١٢) وَطَعَامً۬ا ذَا غُصَّةٍ۬ وَعَذَابًا أَلِيمً۬ا (١٣) يَوۡمَ تَرۡجُفُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَٱلۡجِبَالُ وَكَانَتِ ٱلۡجِبَالُ كَثِيبً۬ا مَّهِيلاً (١٤) إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡكُمۡ رَسُولاً۬ شَـٰهِدًا عَلَيۡكُمۡ كَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ رَسُولاً۬ (١٥) فَعَصَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنُ ٱلرَّسُولَ فَأَخَذۡنَـٰهُ أَخۡذً۬ا وَبِيلاً۬ (١٦)

2- Learn the meaning in English:

Surah Al-Muzzammil
In the name of Allah Most Gracious Most Merciful.

O thou wrapped up in thy raiment! (1) Keep vigil the night long, save a little – (2) A half thereof, or abate a little thereof (3) Or add (a little) thereto – and chant the Qur’an in measure, (4) For we shall charge thee with a word of weight. (5) Lo! the vigil of the night is (a time) when impression is more keen and speech more certain. (6) Lo! thou hast by day a chain of business. (7) So remember the name of thy Lord and devote thyself with a complete devotion – (8) Lord of the East and the West; there is no God save Him; so choose thou Him alone for thy defender – (9) And bear with patience what they utter, and part from them with a fair leave-taking. (10) Leave Me to deal with the deniers, lords of ease and comfort (in this life); and do thou respite them awhile. (11) Lo! with Us are heavy fetters and a raging fire, (12) And food which choketh (the partaker), and a painful doom (13) On the day when the earth and the hills rock, and the hills become a heap of running sand. (14) Lo! We have sent unto you a messenger as witness against you, even as We sent unto Pharaoh a messenger. (15) But Pharaoh rebelled against the messenger, whereupon We seized him with no gentle grip.(16)
