Surat Al Muddathir ayah 1 – 56.

كَأَنَّهُمۡ حُمُرٌ۬ مُّسۡتَنفِرَةٌ۬ (٥٠) فَرَّتۡ مِن قَسۡوَرَةِۭ (٥١) بَلۡ يُرِيدُ كُلُّ ٱمۡرِىٍٕ۬ مِّنۡہُمۡ أَن يُؤۡتَىٰ صُحُفً۬ا مُّنَشَّرَةً۬ (٥٢) كَلَّا‌ۖ بَل لَّا يَخَافُونَ ٱلۡأَخِرَةَ (٥٣) ڪَلَّآ إِنَّهُ ۥ تَذۡكِرَةٌ۬ (٥٤) فَمَن شَآءَ ذَڪَرَهُ ۥ (٥٥) وَمَا يَذۡكُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ‌ۚ هُوَ أَهۡلُ ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ وَأَهۡلُ ٱلۡمَغۡفِرَةِ (٥٦)

As they were frightened asses (50) Fleeing from a lion! (51) Nay, but everyone of them desireth that he should be given open pages (from Allah). (52) Nay, verily. They fear not the Hereafter. (53) Nay, verily. Lo! this is an Admonishment. (54) So whosoever will may heed. (55) And they will not heed unless Allah willeth (it). He is the fount of fear. He is the fount of Mercy. (56)

Rules of Noon Sakinah and Tanween:

1- Izhaar Halqi.

– Izhaar means “clear”.

– Izhaar Letters: the throat letters ء هـ ع ح غ خ

The way of pronunciation:-

If a Noon Sakinah or a Tanween is followed by any of the six throat
letters, The Noon Sakinah or the Tanween is pronounced clearly from its
respective origination without Ghunnah.
